Pimp My Ride

So it was a regular Tuesday, without the tacos... and I was itching to get to the city to snap some pictures. My homie (Hubba/frankgod) had just hit me up the day before talking about going to a dodger game, so everything fell right into place. We touched road a little before noon to avoid the viscous LA traffic everyone knows and hates. We hit a few spots in the Financial and Arts district before making our last stop in Burbank at West Coast Customs shop. Their shop in Burbank has a showroom where about ten different cars are always on display, they also offer a tour around the shop to see where they work on the cars as well as some TV, corporate, and celebrities builds they have stored away.

When I was a teenager and before I could even drive a vehicle, I always wanted Xzibit to show up and 'pimp my ride' or my moms car at least.  West Coast Customs has grown into one of the most impressive and recognized brand names in the custom automotive industry. Their team of experts takes car customizing to a completely different level by taking some of the sorriest vehicles on the road and turning them into luxurious new rides. In this set I photographed some of the vehicles that caught my attention in the showroom, a DMC Delorian designed by will.i.am, chrome Audi A8, Mario Cart, and two vintage old schools. I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoyed the presentation of cars first hand.
